Allowed content
EventTale is for lawful weddings, birthdays, milestones, cultural ceremonies, corporate events, galas, and private gatherings. Content should be accurate, guest-safe, and appropriate for public or semi-public sharing.
Media rights
Hosts and vendors must have permission to use submitted images, videos, fonts, music, names, likenesses, and venue materials. Invitation soundtracks are chosen from EventTale's own curated, pre-licensed library. Hosts cannot upload or substitute their own music, so unlicensed commercial music cannot enter an invitation this way. Unlicensed celebrity or brand assets in host-uploaded images remain the host's responsibility to avoid.
Disallowed content
No harassment, explicit sexual content, impersonation, illegal activity, non-consensual personal data, malware, deceptive payment links, or copyrighted music without documented rights.
