Fair billing, in plain language.

Last updated: 14 August 2026. This policy applies once paid plans launch; the founding fifty commissions are complimentary and nothing is charged today. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Cashfree.

Event plans (Essential, Atelier, Luxe, Flagship)

Event plans are billed once, per event. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your invitation is published to guests. After publishing, we can refund the unused hosting window on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within the first 7 days of publishing.

Concierge

Concierge work begins with a human. The setup fee becomes non-refundable once drafting starts, but we will always complete the agreed scope or return the difference.

Vendor Studio

Vendor subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. Unused event credits do not roll over unless your agreement says otherwise.

Add-ons

Add-ons (languages, extended hosting, rush setup, QR cards, photo upgrades) are refundable until the work is delivered. Domain registrations are billed at cost and follow the registrar's refund rules, which usually do not allow refunds.

Currency and taxes

Prices are shown in your regional currency where supported. Local taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) are added at checkout where the law requires.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@eventtale.com from the email used at purchase, with your invitation link. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
