Current terms
EventTale currently provides host accounts, a commission-based creator, guest RSVP collection, host photo uploads, and published invitation websites, alongside sample websites and launch documentation. Paid plans are not yet active; when they launch, payments will be processed by Cashfree. Custom domain registration is not yet active either.
Host responsibility
Hosts are responsible for event details, guest-facing copy, uploaded content, music, images, permissions, venue accuracy, and legal use of all materials they provide.
Availability
Event websites are intended to be limited-time experiences. Paid plans may extend availability, archive premium edits, or attach custom domains once those features are live.
Intellectual property
The EventTale name, brand, template designs, layout architectures, visual systems, page structures, copy, and code are the intellectual property of EventTale. Templates are licensed to hosts for their own event only. Copying, reselling, scraping, exporting, reverse-engineering, or reproducing EventTale designs, templates, or invitation pages (in whole or in part, including as PDFs, screenshots for commercial reuse, or derivative template products) is prohibited without written permission. Guest-facing invitation pages for real events are private, non-indexable pages intended for invited guests only. The handful of documented sample invitations linked from this site (used to demonstrate EventTale's designs) are deliberately public and indexable. That is expected, and it is not a leak of a real host's event.
